I been told numerous times that my case handler will call me back i jave left loads messages and I been flopped off every week that I will get a call back but nothing most unprofessional firm I have dealt with and their excuse is due to covid but its been over a month and I keep calling every week and their answer is my case handler will call me back which never happens

Utter incompetent firm of lawyers ever I would not recommend them still waiting for payment that they have had since March 4th 2022 and took them 9 months to get there on a full liability case utter clowns they all should work in a circus I'm taking them to the ombudsman no stars by the way won't let me post uess I put stars show what sort of firm they are

It was back in 2017 when I had my accident and contacted Slater Gordon as they offered me no win no fee. Everything went fine to start but went a bit downhill when our case handler was changed. This happened a few times between 2017 and 2020. In 2020 Mohammed took over our case just as we were about to give up. Things moved on fairly quickly as his input started to give us hope and I can say the case has now been resolved. Thank you very much Mohammed S Garner

My experience for a while was unresponsive, quite frankly I nearly gave up with being passed to solicitor to solicitor. Jolene called to say she was now dealing with the case I shrugged her off because I have been passed around so much. Since Jolene was handling my case, moving my case on at considerable speed, always true to her word and was very respectful. After a traumatic event I truly am grateful for having Jolene and Lionel my barrister to back my corner. If you use Slater and Gordon, I can honestly say if you have Jolene on your side, Relax, Everything will be ok. Jolene. Thank you

Absolutely appalling service,i am surprised this company are still employed by big unions to represent their employees,no feedback whatsoever,no msg,no emails,never keep to their word! You always have to call them and then get busy line tone,to call themselves lawyers/legal advisers is laughable,surprised they're still in business,the very worst I've had the misfortune to encounter!!
