Totally dissatisfied, went in on Saturday 9/10/2016 to purchase some pants for my son. Got the wrong size and when I tried to exchange them was accused of washing them because apparently they smelled like laundry detergent. Then they gave me some phoney excuse about the pockets looking different like if I could change the pockets. Watch out for the location at Canyon country cause they're a bunch of thiefs, now out of 50 bucks and stuck with some pants that don't fit. First and last time my family and I shop here.

The owner is really nice, but I'm unsure what the actual hours to the store are. The sign and google both indicate 8 am, and when I was asked when on Friday (2/7/20) I wanted to pick up my shirt I was told 8 am. I told the owner I wanted to pick my shirt up at 8 am on Friday, and when I got there no one was there. I waited until 8:10 am, but no one showed up. I called their number which goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full, and they don't respond to texts either. They aren't open on weekends anymore, so it's frustrating trying to figure out how to get the shirt I ordered when they don't open on time.

I recently purchased a good amount of tshirts and hoodies from this store to have the owner print them for us as Christmas presents and they were a big hit. all of the prints were nice and even, and looked great. I think the greatest thing of all was the customer service.. he was nice and polite all 3 times I went into the store and even helped me by rushing my order so that I would have enough time to ship some of the items before Christmas to our family members. Great customer service, makes it easy to order again.

Would be awesome but they run out of items alot but that also tells you they carry updated items here most of the time.
