Dont go there unless you are ready to pay$$$. I was told $1 per scan after printing at this store,but i was end up charged $1 per page, so $18 for a simple scan, so ridiculous. the boss is rude, told me just pay it and go.

Called to ask a simple question, the man who answered the phone said " I'm busy on the other line, come in and look through our catalogue" and hung up on me before I could say anything else. I do plan on going in, and I will change this rating if the customer service is better in person, and they can provide what I need.

I have been doing business with Tom for a few months now. Tom has provided great customer service, really quick to respond with emails and phone calls. Quality of the business cards I ordered were great, they are very quick to get your orders on time according to their estimated time. Would not conduct business unless I had a mask in July 2021 against the CDC, Santa Clara County, and State of California recommendations. Took my business to Golden State Repographics and received better service, quality, size and price.
