We genuinely apologize for your experience. Could you help us understand what you ordered or when you received it? We would gladly replace it; as we would not want you to have substandard flowers. I apologize. We would not want to disappoint you. I know I can't solve the water issue, but I would like to understand the packaging issue to ensure other customers do not have the same problem. However, if your flowers did not make it to their final destination in perfect condition, I would be glad to replace them. Thank you for you comments.

Pretty flowers but shoddy packaging work meant water got all over my car and the flowers look like they were from a grocery store by the time we got home. For the price, which is high, I would expect equally exceptional work to ensure the goods make it to the destination.

I cant say enough good things about Lane Florist. I live out of state and could not attend my dear friends baby shower. The event was on a Sunday, but that is not a typical delivery day so I requested Saturday delivery with strict instructions for the venue staff. The owner called me to let me know she would personally deliver the flowers on Sunday to ensure there were no problems. Wow! Additionally, she changed the vase to better compliment the modern venue décor. My friend sent me pictures. The arrangement was gorgeous and really made her day! After the event, the owner called to check-in and make sure everything was perfect. Their work is stunning and their customer service is exceptional! Thank you so much for allowing me to surprise and bless my dear friend!
