This is a great box. Of the 116 I've visited it's one of my favorites and the first place I visit when I am visiting the OC. It's literally across the street from John Wayne airport and has showers so it's easy to wod and fly out or catch a wod when you land. Jeff runs a great box, and is really knowledgable. Whether you're an experienced Crossfit athlete or someone looking to get in shape and get some fitness in, I would recommend Vibe.

This is a great gym and a great community. The coaches are experts and will work with you based on your goals. They take pride and enjoy when the athletes benefit from their coaching. Also, the gym and its high-quality equipment are kept very clean and organized. I cant say that about most gyms. The shamba vibe community is great and very welcoming. About once a week we all go out as a gym (coaches and athletes) and get a meal together after a workout. Ive been there since Jake took ownership nearly 2 years ago and have only good things to say. Additionally, there are wrestling and jiu jitsu classes and open mats for all age groups. The mats are high quality and kept very clean. The Shamba Wrestling Academy has various alumni wrestling at the collegiate level now. Top quality program.

Went to Cali for a day to get my son And did a drop in. Got a badass workout In and chatted with the owner. Definitely would go back. 10/10
