Talked to a very professional salesperson, due to one of our clients wanting to pay us via AvidXchange. Nothing against the salesperson, but we are a small business and they want to charge us 1.55% of every transaction, plus another $1.00 for every ACH they deposit to the bank. No thanks.

4.5 Avid has successfully modernized out companies Accounts Payable process. We are now paperless and the day to day work life is so much easier. They also have a great support team who is always willing to help with questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend!!

Company charges unfair rates to process payments. In some instances they have collected payment from clients and held it for a period of time to force smaller vendors to accelerate pays which they charge 2% of the gross profit. It appears that this company extorts small businesses.
