Customer service is not worth ONE STAR but unfortinatly its the lowest rating available. Rude and inexperienced call center, unreliable email communication. DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT BUT STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN.
Not even a customer, told them that. I've actually been telling them since I bought my current number. Do they care? No, they call EVERYDAY wanting payment for someone else. When i stay on hold and explain that i dont even have gas STOP calling me....they get rude and hang up. Hung on me REDUNDANTLY all bc i want my number removed from their daily robo calls as IM NOT A CUSTOMER. I DONT OWE YOU MONEY. and now....ill go out of my way to NEVER become one. And Jonathon....worst customer advocate EVER.
I was super frustrated calling Washington Gas again and again to setup a new service. No one would receive the call. Then I saw their facebook page, which seems pretty active. I sent a direct message, they responded and called me back. My problem was resolved within an hour.
Have been on the line for the 3rd time this week to setup gas for my new home. Each time well over an hour. Still no response and it wont let me setup online. I never get a confirmation email or anything
