Absolutely horrible. Good luck getting someone on the phone. And if they do actually decide to answer they will put you on hold and never come back. I needed a referral and told them the doctor's name and they put some other doctor's name instead. They argued with me that they did it correctly and gave me an attitude. I had to cancel the appointment because even though they said they would fix it they didn't and once again I can't get anyone on the phone. Don't expect great patient care.

Dr. Marrero is the best doctor out there. She is super sweet, kind, and caring. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything. She is thorough and will follow up on anything out of the ordinary, but doesn't force you to do a ton of unnecessary tests. This is a doctor who truly cares about her patients, not one trying to milk all they can out of you or your insurance.

This has been my mother's primary care doctor for 4 years. She was in excruciating pain today. When she called to make and appt ,they turned her down because she hasn't been there recently. They had the audacity to tell her the next appt was in 2 months. She will not be back here and if you are in pain you are better off going to an urgent care.
