11/8/18. I was lied to by Damon on multiple occasions in regards to my pick up date!! After a week of stalling I was told that they never ordered the blank garments. I cancelled the order in disgust.

Several issues and complete unprofessionalism. As a business owner myself, I understand what its like to manage inventory, how to respond to costumers and circumstances effectively and professionally, how to manage time, respect people, and I pay very close attention to detail. None of this happens because a man like Damon runs the operation. I had issues down to them putting my logo on the wrong side of a hat that I had to custom order each individual size from a separate vendor at $40 per hat before Damon even touched them. I had shirts with stitching done that had the shirt material pulled and bunched up and I was told take it or leave it. When I finally decided enough was enough and I wouldnt do business with them anymore, I was told off as if I was the problem for voicing my concerns. Out of the 3-4 chances that I gave these guys (only because at one point Damon was a mutual friend and I believe in helping other small businesses... no I didnt get special treatment, obviously lmao, or discounts not that I wanted one. My wife and I simply wanted what we thought we were paying for) I got 1 part of 1 order that came out the way My wife and i expected. The one partial order was so perfect and it renewed my faith. I was so happy that I wanted to meet whoever was able to stitch the material so cleanly. So I did actually. I cant remember the womans name to save my life and its probably because a couple of months later when we needed a few more shirts, the woman was fired by Damon. YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP! Dont bother emailing anyone over there. You wont get an answer for over a week. One order I had come in for final review that Sarah was rushing me to sign off on, (I emailed and called for a week with no response and as soon as Im on a plane for vacation literally about to take off, sarah tells me I had to make a a final decision) the order came in with a misspelled word. Director. Of all words, they misspelled Director which is ironic because of the complete lack of direction they have. I wish I could post screen shots of the email threads from Sarah, Damian wife, and have recordings of Damons phone calls to really give future customers a good example of what they are in for if they roll the dice with these people. RUN. Damon if youre reading this, I told you in our last conversation almost a year ago, that The only reason I didnt blast you on the internet with all of this at the time you were screwing everything up with my orders and being nasty, was because you had Alex invested financially. Alex and I are like brothers. I was the best man in his wedding for a reason. You sir, have no business running a business with the way that you handle yourself and your complete lack of general focus. Writing things down would have cleared up 25% of your issues, Damon. Im sorry that when I said that out loud, you took that as me giving anything less then constructive positive feedback. I know now, because you told me then, that you are not interested. Well we hope your future customers are interested in reading before they buy because the time has come for me to lay all of this out for them to read. Be warned internet.

I LOVE their work! I got the most luxurious bath robes embroidered as anniversary gifts for my sweetheart and me and they turned out so beautiful and when we went to the hot springs they were perfect for the cold air. I also get all my work shirts and any personalized design done quick and really well. I also really appreciate that if there is a mistake they ALWAYS make it right even if it wasn't their fault.
