After being told on the phone they could have my order ready in 72 hours, I drove to the mall to set up the design. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was not it was impossible to make the shirts in 72 hours because they were busy. Be careful when reviewing their website. All the information provided is not accurate.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If I could give them no stars I would. The man yelled at us and said he didnt want our money after making us wait over an hour in line for three shirts we needed done the next day. Mind you we called prior to coming and they told us to come. There were 7-8 people in front of us when we arrived. It took him forever and when he finally got to us he said he didnt have time for us and he needed to close. Wow!

Very nice guys, but these are all pretty much just Iron-ons. They are understaffed and have one machine. They took on multiple large orders while I was there that caused a huge wait for everyone else.
