Stay away please. I bought Miele washer and dryer and adaptor, they shipped the machines to Houston and charged me 300$ For shipping. They forgot to shipped the adaptor The guy who delivered the machines was just a delivery person. We were in contact about 10 days for a service to install the machines but they never sent someone. Customer service is poor. I am happy with the machines because I know Miele, I have used before. But horrible store and customer service.

Recommended by my builder. 3 years later 90% of what I bought still isn't working. I now have to pay thousands to another firm to fix / replace everything. I wish I would have asked for a reference list first as I doubt my experience is unique.
