Ordered on the website. Got confirmation of order. Not only never received tracking or the order but then Lasfit blamed it on UPS after 15 days . The item were never shipped. Asked for a refund

Installed complete package on my vehicle. Everything worked fine except the low beams. For some reason, the driver side bulb is dimmer than the passenger side. I try contacting customer service but their responses are super slow. Calling doesn't work either. They hardly pick up the phone.. Kind of frustrating when you are trying to fix the problem as soon as possible because you have a road trip you were planning on going on. I had to cancel my Valentine's Day plans with my boyfriend. If service quickens, I will change my review but for now I'm leaving it at 2 stars.

Great experience coming here knowing I will have my LEDs headlights installed in a professional and timely manner. I was out of there in no time and these LEDs are beautiful!!! This is my 2nd car that I dropped off and always the service is over the top. These guys know their stuff.

Do NOT waste your time ordering from this company, they are super slow at shipping things and the past two experiences in my Household the shipment got lost in CA and we had to email and call many times in order to get another package sent. After being promised my shipment would be expedited due to the inconvenience it was a lie, I still had to wait 4-7 additional days to get my package. My account was debited really fast, for payment but having to wait two weeks for my package is ridiculous. I will not order anything else from this company.
