Hi Erika, we have been appointment only as a studio since the lockdown and we want to make sure we have someone available to show you jewelry. The reason we had someone out front is because this was during our busiest weekend of the year (our Black Friday sales event) and we had been booked months in advance for it. There is no "one size fits all" in body jewelry, so unfortunately there is no way of knowing what you are looking for until you speak to the jewelry specialist and no way of knowing what size you need until you speak to a piercer. We do not just let people walk out of the studio with a purchase knowing they cannot return it without making sure it fits properly. There was no one that would have been able to speak with you as we were booked out every 15 minutes two separate clients at a time. You deserve jewelry that fits you and to have someone to speak with. It always seems like "I just need ___", but that is like saying "I just need a shoe" and there is no one size fits all shoe that everyone in the world loves. We thank you for your patience and hope that you come back to see the hundreds of styles we have available for your piercings and speak one on one with a piercer who will be able to address what sizes or fittings that you may need. Kelly pierced my Nostril, and matched it to the existing piercing I had on the other nostril perfectly! They are all so sweet from the phone call to set up the appointment, the counter while picking jewelry (Caelen is an absolute dream to work with while picking jewelry!) down to the actual piercing procedure and steps. Very calm environment and people I feel I can trust and refer friends and family of all ages and backgrounds to this establishment for all their body modification needs and desires!

We strive to provide a clean and safe environment for everyone! _______ ______ We have extensive notes in our system about the issues happening with your ear piercing from both October and January to ensure we are all on the same page with updated information. I assure you we are invested in your piercing's health and recovery. If you are still having issues we are always here, but due to covid we have become an appointment only studio and will continue to be for the foreseeable future for the safety of ourselves as well as our community. During one appointment you arrived early, so it may have seemed like you were bumped, but everyone is allotted a scheduled time frame for their services in the order they were scheduled. We would like to help you through this process and get that piercing on track, and as recently as the visit two weeks ago it was suggested that you visit with your primary care provider and advised on additional aftercare for your specific situation. Because we are unable to supervise your daily routine we can only advise the best course of action to heal the problematic piercing and provide check ups along the way, making sure to size the jewelry appropriately as needed. If you still have concerns we are happy to provide you with another consultation and will always be available free of charge.

1/18/22 Update - My overall rating of this place had dropped significantly due to two separate experiences that have gone poorly. Scheduling headaches, being bumped behind other customers, no concern or urgency towards the problem I'm having with my ear... I feel like they're not interested in helping me which is really frustrating. It's been multiple employees too. ---------------------------------------- I've gone here twice for different piercings and this is by far the best piercing shop I've ever been to! Cleanliness is a top priority for them and I've always had a positive experience with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. A nice place like this does come with a higher price tag but in my experience it's worth it.
