Hi Colby. We aren't even sure who you are. We managed a property for Joel Navarro, but have never heard of you. We also stopped managing the property for Joel 7 months ago, which seems like a really long time. Finally, the tenant left the unit at move out better than when he moved in. A bunch of things are not adding up with this review. Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to straighten out and address your concerns.

I do not recommend this company. After my tenants moved out, our place was a wreck. He did not charge the tenant for destroying microwave & not keeping up with the yard.

I am sorry you decided to back out of the lease, Prakash. We offered to adjust your move-in date at your request. We offered to extend our lease from the usual 10 months to 12 months at your request. That is the first and only time we have done that in 4 years! The misunderstanding arose when you were not willing to accept an 11-1/2 month lease. We "round down" all of our leases so they ALL end at the end of the month. As I explained to you, this is common practice in the property management industry. We then went out of our way to make the unprecedented offer of ending the lease exactly as you requested it. We made three adjustments for you that we do not make with anyone else, and you still chose not to move in and forfeited your holding deposit. Throughout the process we never got any giving on your part. You held firm...almost as if you were looking for a reason to back out of the deal. You simply cannot enter an agreement and then change your mind afterwards and expect there would be no cost to it. We took the unit off the market for several weeks expecting you to move in. The owner has been harmed by that. I am glad, though, you were able to find another unit in the same complex for $100/mo. less. It provides background motivation as to why you wanted to back out of our agreement. Best wishes with your new home.

The only motto of this company is to get money from tenants. They have unusual policies and unwanted clauses in the agreement. The agent never picks up the phone. Calls backs after 1 or 2 days if they feel so. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends. I lost my money and time chasing a deal and finally went with other Management company.

We have our properties managed by full service, both us as the landlord and our renters are happy. Strongly recommend avoiding this company based on my experiences from Aug 2019 to April 2021. From the initial process of getting the property listed to the actual management, they have made countless mistakes and the worst part is they do not take accountability. For example, took poor quality listing photos, failure to show up to provide tour, forgot to transfer utilities, poor communications, failure to provide proper maintenance, failure to pass on tenant needs/requests. The company have also sourced an underqualified tenant which led to months of late and eventually no payments. They were not able to communicate with the tenant to collect the rent and blame it on the pandemic/mortarium. They do not put you in the best interests and gave me incorrect advice and issued an affidavit that had no legal bearing which led to substantial financial lost on me. As an exit plan, they ended the service agreement abruptly on me and took zero accountability. Peter, the owner, is the worst person I have interacted with as a service provider. Arrogant, rude, not respectful with no integrity. The only employee I respect is from accounting and her name is Pam. If you do not want to lose countless night of sleep, avoid this company whether you are an owner or a tenant.
