Living here is an expensive inconvenience. Lots of safety inspections that dont resolve in anything that actually needs fixing (I.e oven, water pumps) getting fixed. But theyll write you down for a lightbulb change you dont want and can do yourself! Rent is high and gets raised annually, the lease sign-on process was an actual joke- we had to return 4 times to sign our same lease bc they kept forgetting to have us sign pages. Overall, its safe enough here (still plenty of odd situations, but safer than where i was before personally) and the other residents are super nice. However, that doesnt make up for the overcharged rent and lack of attention to work orders. I miss cooking in my oven lol. Cant wait to move!

The apartments are great, staff is always welcoming, and the only downside is they are hard to get ahold of via phone. They always reply back to emails and have handled the few complaints I've had over the past 2 years promptly. Cant recommend this place enough.

I am not and never got to be a resident. I was not told that they were subsidized prior to my appointment which is fine. When I got there and they told me that we would need to income qualify, my roommate and I gave check stubs and calculated out income to make sure that we would actually qualify before applying. We were told that we qualified. I ended up submitting my application since my roommate decided not to move. I was told that I still met the qualifications. I waited 2 weeks to get results. I called several times with no answer. By the time I'd finally gotten thru, I was told that they tried to call me and my phone was disconnected. (Which it never actually was) Then they told me that I didn't actually qualify. I was livid. After calmly expressing my frustration, they told me that I qualified and that I was able to move in within a few months. I planned on moving in however, I ran into a personal issue which prevented me from moving in. While I do wish I could have become a resident, I also feel like I dodged a bullet.
