Having a problem with applying for wages lost due to hurricane. These people don't care, they want to get you off the after waiting 2 hours to talk with someone,all I need is help!!!
If you call them usually the wait time is about 2 hours.The call back serivice might be your best bet.3 of the 5 times i have called them i have got on the phone with knowledgeable people and the other 2 times have been a nightmare.Also beware of the site being in maintanence on the weekends and not being able to claim benefits.They are also very strict on the timeline to claim benefits and are not understanding if the site is down [non maintenence related]which happened twice to me.Overall the people are knowledgeable and seem interested in helping you and adress you issues.
I've been trying to call for 2 weeks straight. I'm always hung up on. This is ridiculous and very frustrating.
