It's always cool to have a look at all the clothes I can't afford right now. The store has a clean and crisp demeanour and is easy to navigate through. This is the top floor however, the basement often gets crowded and the flow of pedestrians is a little bit unsuitable for the space. It is not tailored for handling large amounts of people.

Very bad customer service been waiting ages to get me refund, same excuse every time we dont have staff, well if you didnt have such high staff turnover maybe things would have been faster. Avoid at all cost

Great selection of shoes and clothing the staff can be quite in your face though.

Shopped at end since it began in the small shop. Online service now is terrible, paid 140 for a shirt to be sent a completely different shirt. Process/ delivery is slower too than it used to be. Wont order online again.
