Your brand did not keep the words of your facebook video. None of this is true concerning my experience with this company and this customer review. It wasn't as much about ownership of a imperfect job that I am unsettled with, it's the way I was treated! Will be making a consumer complaint with FTC and rating Better Business Bureau. If I feel up to the fight I will be filing a complaint in small claims as well. Bad service, and even worse customer treatment. I'm guessing you owners were only speaking of the customer service you give the big companies, not the community. #Nostar. Dr. G.

Not happy with the service at all initially we were told it would only take 1 week it turned into 3 weeks didn't even give us a courtesy call to let us know it would take longer than expected every time we called it was a different excuse as to why it wasn't ready I really would have appreciated a call to at least let me know why it was taking so long

Had a great experience. They made our family reunion tshirts for us and they came out looking just as expected. Very good quality and the shirts have held up well through wash after wash. I've had my shirt now for about 5 years and it still looks new. I recommend them to anyone.
