I purchased a sweatshirt online from Print Your Cause. The smallest size they offered was size small. I typically wear an extra small, but was willing to purchase the sweatshirt because the sale would benefit the charity I volunteer for. The color I ordered was royal blue. When the sweatshirt arrived, the color was a faded out blue; not royal blue. The size small sweatshirt was too tight and the sleeves were several inches too long. I contacted Print Your Cause and asked if I could return the sweatshirt for an exchange or refund. They refused my request. I will never purchase anything from them again.
