I am sorry that you felt that way, I responded with text several times to you saying that I had an emergency and that someone was going to be there around 3:30 to help you but you never responded my messages, when you called me I was talking to a Doctor and still took your call, I had to hang up quick because the Doctor was explaining a procedure, and you were just asking the same questions i responded on texts,, anyway, thanks for your review, I just wish there was more understanding customers out there, many blessings to you and your family!!

Edmundo was not professional.he started off nice and he ended up being rude.he told me to pickup my shirt at a certain time and he wasn't there.when I called to ask him about it he gave me a rude reply and hung up on me.then he sent me a message saying to come between a certain time after coming at the time he specified my shirt still wasn't done.I would advise you get your merchandise before you pay

I remember you as a customer. When you picked up your order you said that "the product looked amazing", and that you were definitely going to order more soon. Right after you left with the T-shirts, you went and disputed the credit card charge with my bank merchant. You got your money back and kept the product. (Erwin pool care t-shirts). Anyway, enjoy your free t-shirts which you are using and didn't pay for them. Maybe your company needs a sponsor because you can not afford a uniform and have to steal it from other honest companies. Service was terrible, communication was next to none even though the shirts Ran several days late. Was not satisfied with the quality of printing because it was not what I had explained to them that I wanted. They refused to replace them or refund my money because they were personally printed items (pretty sure that is what people get when the order printed shirts.) Just be careful when ordering here because they do not care if customers are happy or satisfied, only about making money. Definitely not returning!
