Rude customer service, went in needing business cards and they advised I go home to design my own cards as they seemed too busy to spend the 5 minutes doing it and charging me. Good thing, because I went home and spent 15 minutes online designing WAY cool cards (including overnight shipping) that costed me a fraction of what they quoted.

No one called me when cards were ready. When I called to check status only 50% complete with no explanation. Quality of the order is less than ideal. Ink coverage spotty. I would expect lack of care from an online printer but expected more from Minute Man. When I called to cancel remaining order, the response was "I believe those have already been plated" with zero attempt to ask about my concerns. I get that it's just a small business card order but the little things still matter. Bummer. Would have loved to cheer for this local business.

Been starting to get all my prints done here more and more. Their quality is lightyears ahead of any FedEx Kinkos or Staples type place, and the customer service is amazing. Awesome at proofing and communicating about print designs with us. I've used them for corporate and personal print jobs and they are always fantastic. Highly reccomend!

I spoke with "Dave" for almost a week trying to create an order I needed on a Monday, Friday he told me that he wouldn't be able to process and finish my order of one 36 x 18 poster until Monday. Completely wasted my time and opportunity to find another way to get what I needed complete. Lacking in costumer service and accountability, I will not be using this company again, I suggest you do the same.
