I ordered my crate back in april. It is now June 5th and havent gotten a single box and have been charged for the month of april and may. Got a tracking number that is for my may box but it's a dead tracking number and item doesnt exist. There isnt a single phone number listed for this company. Asked for a refund and they dont even respond by email. Horrible service ALL AROUND.

Would definitely recommend. I haven't had any issues with missing orders. I've liked some more than others, but they're all good.

I should have read the reviews first. They can not be contacted by phone and email is computer. Never received sample box for $1. Was charged $20. for first box. They are packing it today but are unable to be reached to stop. I have asked for return of cash and cancellation of my account. Must also go to bank to make a stop payment and launch investigation to stop further payments.
