I went in and dropped off a couple items to have a logo put on them. The lady didnt speak any English so I pulled out my phone to translate, she understood through the translation what I wanted. Told me to send my logo to a number, logo sent. About 5 hours later I get a text from someone that didnt even know why I was texting them so I explained what I wanted. They then proceeded to tell me that there was a quantity amount of items that had to be ordered in order for them to fulfill my order. I explained that thats not what the lady told me in the location. They got an attitude (apparently they were out of the store due to testing positive for Covid) no problem but your still communicating with me. Proceeded with an attitude in telling me options for the material vs the printing I wanted on the shirt. Then completely ghosted me. I third sent a text letting them know I understand if they would prefer not to take me as a client but I needed to know because their locations is far from where I live as its close to my workplace so if they dont want to take me as a client to please let me know so I can grab the items I purchased (not from them) and go elsewhere. They ghosted me and I havent heard from them. I find this to be completely unprofessional. I do not recommend going here for services involving their screen print department.
