It is unfortunate that she has had a problem with the vehicle she chose, as you stated it had no issues for 9 months We always encourage our customers to have there vehicle inspected prior to purchase as they are "used vehicles". We sometimes can offer discounts on parts and labor from our affiliated vendors. I pulled the file and your Mom signed the form that stated she had the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected, which she opted out of. As you stated there was no problem for 9 months so a pre inspection may or may not have found any issues at that time. It was obviously running and driving great at the time of purchase and beyond. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

My mom bought a 2007 ford edge and we have had it for 2 years now, but she has only been able to drive it for the first 9 months and then the transmission went out. The rest of the time it has been in the shop dumping tons of money into it to still not run right. My mom is so stressed out because she needed a good running car for work and she got a messed up car that she paid 8,000$ cash for and it broke down 8 months later. And, from the responses to previous complaints they will probably say we encourage a preinspection, blah, blah, blah...but, my mom never was given this as an option as my dad and I were with her through the whole deal.

It is very important to have your vehicle inspected prior to purchase. That way you understand exactly what your getting into. These are used vehicles and we do not have Chrystal ball that predicts the future. As far as repairs go, did you come back and ask us to address issues after sale? We always try to help in some manor.

I recently bought a car here about 2 months ago and while they were very nice, they said they just replaced breaks and tires which I am now having to replace because they are both completely worn down to nothing, I do not take this car long distance so no reason they should be this bad if they were just replaced. After the day I got it it was cold outside and I went to start my car and it died. I ended up taking it in having to replace the spark plugs, change out the oil, and more. I am also now finding tons of moisture and puddles of water on both sides of the front carpets. They also gave us an incorrect quote for an airbag light that was on for around 300 dollars that is now 900 plus dollars. Not impressed and am most likely going to have to sell and get something else because Im having to pour all of my money into this car.
