I ordered a shirt over a month ago, 2 weeks had passed from the day that I ordered and I received no shipping email. I emailed them and they didnt respond. 3 days later I email them and I received a call from someone who said that in within a few days they will ship my order and include extra items since it was late due to the shirt that I ordered being out of stock. After that an additional 2 weeks passed and no word, not an email, or anything from them. I file for a refund through my bank and 6 days later they finally decided to ship my shirt AFTER I filed for a refund. I waited over a month and now that I want my money back they tried to pull a slick move of sending me the tshirt. They still have NOT processed my refund.

The owner doesn't care about your order unless it's huge. I had a few orders with the place, and every single order was late, some of them over 2 weeks late even though he takes the money up front and promises a deadline. The only thing you get with Ufo teez is a cheap price. Toro is a good guy, but he needs to have much better customer service.
