Update: Just a quick update for any review readers out there. While we still take complete responsibility for the initial encounter, it was an honest mistake and we have since worked with David to rectify the situation and worked on several new projects for him. So I brought in a poster for mounting 4'x5'. Bflo BigPrints was recommended by a business around the corner. The poster had a tear in the bottom right corner. When I picked it up & paid $106. the "issues" in mounting were pointed out. No apologies made for basically ruining the poster by causing numerous blisters & over-rubbing image damage. I was hoping that it wouldn't be as noticable once at home, but it was clearly obvious & unsightly. I have some original artworks this store will never see for fear they might ruin something much more valuable. The owner was there & was aware of it's condition & didn't seem to be concerned. I myself would never have let an artwork out of my shop in this condition or allow a customer to leave as unhappy as I was. I surely would not sign my name to such shoddy work either.

Beautiful print made of our 36 x 36 stretched canvas painting, The colors are vibrant and the clarity is stunning, Barrett was so easy to work with, very responsive and extremely helpful. We are very happy with our experience with Buffalo Big Print and will definitely work with them again in the future,

These guys are amazing, the quality of their scans and prints are the best and can't be beaten for the price. Everyone there is super friendly, they're great at supporting local artists!!

Super professional service. They help artists understand scanning and printing their art. They have many papers to choose from and many options to choose from for printing your designs(gallery stretched canvas, plaks, cards and many more). I show my art at many different shows throughout the year and always stock up here prior, they have helped me display my art in a more professional manner with window matting my prints. The gallery is great too! **UPDATE** I have built such a great relationship with the staff that I started to work at Buffalo Big Print myself. It is a great feeling to help other artists understand scanning/printing and help provide them with the means to be successful. I didn't realize I had asked them for a frame that didn't match the art around it. When I took it home, I was disappointed with myself when I saw it didn't match. When I contacted Buffalo Big Print they were happy to take it back and get me set up with a new frame that matched my other pieces. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and their great service. I would highly recommend.
