I cannot believe thee experience here at the centennial celebration; I am here with family and friends and it's been a complete disaster. This is my very first time being apart of the ATA National tournament, and I must say after 99years I would think it would be a tad more organized! Where are the VOLUNTEERS, OFFICIALS(tournament directors-site directors-player directors), WATER, ICE, & RESTROOMS? I've been here since Sunday and it's now Tuesday after 6p and I haven't played not one match! Oh and did I mention the draw wasn't released until 7am Tuesday morning ; but I was told play would begin Monday morning! Site changes- boy oh boy: my sister was ready and set at a site that she was instructed to go to from the "Tournament Director" WILLY and ten minutes before play she received a text indicating that the sites had changed! I cannot believe my people didn't prepare and put forward the best resources for the best experience! I just wonder would Althea G. be proud or nah?
