First they did a good job on some shirts for our business. Then we ordered some hats, they gave a quote over the phone and never gave us an email with the new quote. So when we went to pick them up and pay for them the price was different. I was still going to give them business for another hat order and asked for samples. After months of me trying to get the samples I stopped by their office and surprise them. They had the samples ready a few days later but no quote. They said they would have a quote to me the next business day. Needless to say it's now another three months and I do not have a quote for the hats. I called the office to talk to the owner Dave, who's the biggest idiot and have no clue how to run a business. I told him if he did not want our business he should've just let me know. Dave ended up hanging up on me, when I told him I would let everyone I could know about the service I got! Take your business elsewhere!

All color ink was a great experience for me. Julia and staff were great help with getting design prepared. Extremely fast turnaround time. Also very nice quality. Thank you all color ink.
