I paid $16 upfront for my dog's name to be printed on both sides of her vest. It took almost 3 weeks, 3 store visits, 2 failed promises, 1 correction, and 1 reminder (when I didn't hear back) before the item was dropped off at my home.

I'm like the other customer. I would LOVE to take the star back myself. The entire process was a nightmare all due to non-effective communication. The owner failed to comply with an agreed date and advising that she was out of town. This made my pregnancy reveal the hardest to accommodate on such short notice. When they did attempt to design the shirt...the layout was terrible. It looked rush and of very poor quality and creativity. Keep in mind I've done business twice before with minor concerns and still continued business. I would NEVER spend my money with this establishment again. Sad because I love supporting private businesses especially our own.
