Horrible company! I rarely write reviews but as a small business owner I cant in good conscious not inform others of my recent experience. I had worked with a local IT company that was acquired by Evernet Consulting so thought I would be getting the same service and treatment. it was the exact opposite, the new staff I was dealing with was inexperienced and lacked the ability to provide resolution. they took 2-3 days just to return calls and the ticket times to get a resolution were very long. I assume so they could charge the ridiculous rate of $120!! which was double what I was previous paying. when I contacted the owner Eric Buhrendorf, he was not interested in providing any resolution.

Just stared working with Eric supporting a customer of mine. We had a couple bumps that were worked out quickly which I expected setting up any new engagement. Every time I call Evernet for assistance, they respond almost immediately and provide the assistance I require. I am a "senior citizen" and require more help than usual and Evernet staff especially Ken, are extremely patient and helpful...I would highly recommend their services to anyone...
