Quality of customer service has gone way down. As they continue to grow and charge more money per month, I now cant get a human on the phone or a call back.
Worse customer service, our POS system has been down for more than an hour and we can't serve any patients. No one has bothered to call back to offer any assistance. We stand to lose all sales today because we choose to go with this company. If you are a small business, this is not the company for you. Don't make the same mistake we did.
Years worth of bad dealings. The management team will not return your calls or emails, they will avoid you at all costs. We have gotten out legal team involved due to their lack of support, between communication and bad code this is the worst stay away.
