Do not use this company! Wanted my website to be cleaned up and to run faster alongside adding login functionality for my clients! Was told 4-6 weeks tops when we started the project on 10/29/2021! I had this big long conversation about everything I need and even sent pictures and examples of other sites. The site was cleaned up a little and fixed some minor layout issues on mobile, but they had to build a custom PHP for the login, and then ask if I wanted to transfer my site over completely! I should ran the other direction. I paid an extra $1000 on top of the $900 and was met with headaches, let down, and lost time. I was told I would have all the plugins and functionality of my old site. I waited almost 3 weeks with no update or communication. I contacted them and they sent me a link to the site that looked like it hadnt been worked on in 3 weeks. I had to get mad at them finally to get a phone call and an update and it wasnt even close to what I need or asked. They then had the developer call me and it was like he never knew what I wanted in the first place and the phone call I had discussing everything in the beginning was a waste of time! After getting fed up with them wasting my time, I finally tried getting a refund almost 3/2/2022 almost 16 weeks later when the project was originally quoted at 4-6 weeks. And after going back and forth over and over and them not giving me a refund and convincing me they could give me the product I asked for I let them try again! They let me down again and I never got a refund. I am a small business owner wearing every hat in my business and hired them to take some stuff off my plate but was met with headaches, wasting my valuable time, and let down on the product! Do not use this company!
