We went in there with our siblings. The lady was being awful to us for absolutely no reason. She told my brother he could look inside a box that had a toy inside and he did. He was respectful and put it back sealed the box, and put it where it belonged. Later, she yelled at me and my sister that we kept opening boxes and not putting anything back. I told that her I did not (because I didn't.) And she says "yeah sure ok I'll get your dad to set you straight." Ok. Not a super great experience, the staff was extremely rude and I wouldn't go again

Great selection of kites. ALL different kinds. A lot of them are up on the wall and ceiling so you can actually see them. Cartoons, themes, and also plain looking higher end kites as well. Highly recommend this store.

John, we are sorry for your experience. We do our best to keep the store looking clean but it can be tough in such a high traffic area. We certainly will make sure this does not happen again!

Not sure why this place gets good ratings based on my visit. It's a gift store there are tons of them to go to. Chose one that's clean and doesn't look like a kids bed room. (Sorry for the sarcasm but seriously!) Someone mentioned the prices are good. They are pretty on par with all the other places nothing stuck out. (Note to Mgt. I know you guys are in a high traffic area but this is unacceptable you should have employees staged around to ensure people aren't just dumping sales items around.)
