Sabrina, not everything is meant to fit on a commercial embroidery machine. That is out of our control. We do our best to accommodate our customers request but if it won't fit, we can't make it. Mrs. Jones, your review is very disheartening and, in my opinion, extremely misconstrues the actual events. I will have formal reply to your allegations to me as person at a later date. Speaking to the pricing, you are completely wrong. Our prices are clearly displayed in large format on the wall (and online). I even pointed to the bracket your order would fall in. As to the short notice, that too I was accommodating and offered to produce your request in 2 days time. As to the artwork, when I pointed to the tiny image on your sheet of paper I clearly stated I would have to see a larger sample of the art. Simple as that. Kenitha

About 4:30 today I inquired about T-SHIRTS being made for my fundraiser. Yes it was a short notice but I was recommended by another company so I followed through. But when the Caucasian lady who I assumed was the manager criticize my God baby from Africa who is our logo for our fundraiser by pointing at her and said "I don't know what that is" That was her comment before she seen the colored logo my husband had on his phone. The image she observed was a black and white copy I had created as a example of what I wanted the T-SHIRTS to look like. Many people who have seen the logo compliment the excellence in the logo. I don't know but.... my other turn off was that she was going to charge us $20.00 for the front and $17.00 for the back for 20 t-shirts a total of $740.00 for 20 shirts. REALLY! I don't know if my skin is not light enough for her or my God daughter's skin is too dark for her but as a paying customer I was rejected for cause. I pray that people would stop being skin stricken and status stricken and realize that people are people no matter there skin color or status I was a paying customer trying to do the righteous thing but was rejected for cause! Or maybe I wasn't dressed inappropriately enough I had a t-shirt on (how ironic) and linen pants because I have been running all day trying to organize my fundraiser. Sad but true!

Im sorry you feel that way. When were you in? Did you place an order? We cant find you as a customer. Ive talked with the other two employees that wait on customers and we have no recollection. On occasion people come in with challenging wants and time frame expectations and when we say no they feel like were being rude when that is not the intention.
