Service was poor in a number of their branches. Also be mindful about purchasing grounded coffee, as their espresso grind doesn't always work with some of the coffee machines (issue I never had with any other brand). gave the feedback to the owner, Gabrielle Rubinstein, but that wasn't heard. There's better service and experience in a number of coffee options in the area.
Coffee is good, despite being on the expensive side. But the staff is consistently rude and cold. They do not know how to speak or treat their customers. Almost ruins my mood every time I come in there.
