I ordered a few items via my childs school and my order started out great. But once I received the items the order took a turn for the worse. For starters I ordered specific set of items which were not received. When I emailed the company and explained my concerns about my order, the issues started. I received an email from the company telling me to contact a third party person in order to fix my order. After double checking my order receipt to ensure that I did not miss that information about contacting a third party vendor, I emailed the company once again and explained my concerns. I was once given an unprofessional response and could not believe it. I looked at several reviews online from various locations and saw nothing but good positive reviews and could not believe the service I was currently receiving. I will not purchase from this company again and to all that are looking to purchase from this website, I hope you do not receive the same service and unprofessionalism I received. Im just a lost for words when writing this review and still in shock....

They're one of the largest and most respected screen printing shops in the region for a reason. Staff has tons of experience, they have state of the art equipment and access to just about every source of blank apparel. If it's made these guys can make it or get it for you.
