Called about seeing in they could embroider something and the woman who answered was extremely rude about a simple question. Taking business elsewhere.
Pros: Nice staff Cons: Overpriced and very little merchandised in stock, despite their huge selection hanging on the racks (they told me I need to pick out what I want and they will order it). Three weeks ago, I sent my spouse in to buy plain scrubs for me from the miniscule selection they had in stock. They would let her pay for them, but they wouldn't let her bring them home. I had to come in and personally pick them up. FOR PLAIN GENERIC SCRUBS WITH NO EMBROIDERY!!!

My boss had some hats embroidered here and I can honestly say that its some of the cleanest and most detailed embroidery Ive seen. Very good customer service did exactly what he had asked for.

Went to get my hospital issued jacket embroidered and they spelled my name wrong. It was spelled correctly on the order form but nobody bothered to double check before embroidering it. Now they ruined the jacket and have to buy a new one and restitch it. Who knows how long that will take. Ive never had any issues with them before but this experience has been a nightmare.
