You were given a full refund and called with an attitude. You booked on the same day as another client and was asked which booking was yours because one was booked on them was booked on the 3rd. You immediately got mad and hung up. Best of luck

I tried to call and reschedule my booking last night. Grant it was last minute because I booked it 2 days before. So, I understand them keeping the deposit for policy purposes. However, the representative who spoke to me on the phone already had an attitude and tried to tell me that my booking was made since Feb. 3rd when it wasnt. I literally booked it 2 nights before so I have no idea how it showed up on the books for Feb. 3rd and he constantly was trying to correct me when I had the confirmation to prove it. Needless to say I told them they can keep the money. Next time just provide better customer service. Wont be booking with them again.
Don't Waste Your Money Or Time. The Producer Was Late To The Session And Unprepared. What Made It Worst Is She Didn't Even Know How To Produce A Beat. Never Again!
