Overpriced and under delivered. Why? There are two garbage receptacles in the park - both at the main entrance and severely uphill from the campground. The Wi-Fi is terrible. "oh they're probably working on it - they usually are". The roads are all easy washout sand as are the parking pads. At least the entry road is sort of paved, but the potholes are many and deep. SUGGESTION: Do some renos and re-open when you've got it together, then maybe you can get away with the ridiculous prices you charge.

This is our first time doing a month to month site rental for the summer. It is so quiet!!! Definitely will be back again! Only problem is the WiFi, haven't been able to connect since our first week of being here.
