Do not hire him. I changed my rating from 5 star to negative if it has negative stars after I finally figured out his games. Not smart person who revealed his true game and tricks he played, betrays his client and his profession in order to get paid, in his own email. Be careful, worst attorney ever.

I cannot recall a single person in the eight years that Courtney has worked here to have a single complaint about her. I wish I understood why you are unhappy. I also wish the attorney-client privilege did not prevent me from saying more; but, it does. This review is grossly inaccurate and very unfair. Nevertheless, I wish you the best. Take care.

This law firm is horrible. I'm the one with permanent injuries and mental distress yet when my "settlement" came they got more money than I did. They reduced how much they paid out to my doctor bills but made sure they paid themselves in full and then some. The way I was treated during my time as their was terrible especially by Courtney. I do not recommend them nor will I ever use them again. Please beware of this sham law firm

Mr. Fell took our case at the end of December 2019 after 6 months of us trying to resolve the dispute ourselves. We received a settlement offer the first week in January from the defendant that met all of our personal goals in closing the dispute. My job is to provide honest legal advice. It is not to tell a client what they want to hear. Some cases have problems. It's best that they be identified up front. I'm sorry you didn't like the assessment of your case. I'm definitely not the only lawyer in town. It's always wise to get a second opinion, particularly when you don't like what you're being told. Sadly the only "tenant lawyer" in East Texas apparently. In it for the quick win and easy money. My family and I have been fighting clear retaliation by our previous landlord (and winning) by ourselves. About 3 months ago after Fell accepted my $300 his advice consisted of excuses and laziness. "The waters are too muddy" (too much effort required) I believe was the legal term used. Now we face a bill from our previous landlord for $3,000+ for early termination in the face of retaliation and a hostile environment created by the property management. Thanks for nothing. I hope my $300 paid part of your fancy car payment. Enjoy. Marry Christmas and happy new years. UPDATE: 12/31/2018 08:15 In accordance with TAA and the Texas State Law our landlords have retaliated against us 3 times and have made aggressive and slanderous accusations against us (under oath in court) because they have all the money in the world to play with and we are alone in this fight. At what point is "Honest Legal Advice" and Justice the same thing?!? Or does the law only apply to those under a specific income?!? Is morality subject to financial class? "All that it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing"
