I have been coming here with my wife and 2 sons for a few years, and received great service. Today I called in to inquire about a replacement lens for my last pair (late 2020) and was told that I needed a new eye exam. I told the woman on the other side of the line that I needed the lens only and again was told that I needed an eye exam. I thought to myself: Really? If I had the $500 dollars that they usually charge me for a pair of glasses I would buy them on the spot, but thats not the case; with this pandemic money is short and I cant afford them. It felt like a betrayal. You spend thousands of dollars over the years in a small business and the one time you need a little help, which wasnt going to be free either, and they just stab you in the gut, literally. I feel nauseous.

Went today to get a glasses exam and prescription for my daughter.. from the moment we walked in the environment was like a used car sales place. The gentleman tried to keep asking us to get financing for extra services not covered by insurance. I kept turning him down and he kept insisting and this was all before she was examined. They finally examined her and when we went to pick glasses he said the insurance was $150 dollar frame allowance. She picked her glasses and then we sat down and he kept trying to get me to put extra coatings on the lenses. I again turned him down. He said without insurance it was $518 dollars but with insurance it was $40. I asked if that was all what the insurance covered and he again tried to get me to get contact exam and told my daughter to throw away her contacts. When I refused the contacts and any extras on the lenses his attitude again went from kind to very hostile. He said that he was going to give us her script and we could get glasses somewhere else. When I questioned his sudden change in attitude he said that he was going to call the police and get me for trespassing if I did not take my family and leave. That they were closing early for the holiday. My appointment was for 1:30 and they called me to come in early at 11:30. Then he proceeded to storm out the door after us and get into his Tesla. Would never go back and have never been treated as poorly than I was at this establishment. Would not recommend and would give ZERO STARS IF ALLOWED.

Dr. HUYNH was great and informative plus thorough. She went over the nature of my dry eyes and made some recommendations. I feel like I have a new set of eyes. My contacts are great also I cant believe how comfortable they are. The staff is super friendly even when they are wearing 2 mask and a face shield. Thank you Visionicare for being open and taking care of me during the pandemic. Thank you for working on the front line and putting your lives at risk to take care of our eyes. I love this place and what they have done for my dry eyes.

The ladies at the office are extremely rude I set an appointment for both of my daughters a couple weeks back and I missed their appointment due to looking for another eye doctor when I go to that office their vibes are negative there looks says it all if you're not happy what you're doing then leave don't make no client feel uncomfortable when you greet somebody greet them politely my daughter has got seen there before and I got the same vibe before so this is not the first time this has happened this is happened multiple times I'm okay with the doctor there but the staff the ladies there they need to check themselves and their attitudes I'm sure they fake with their boss and then behind back treat clients very poorly with their negative vibes
