Bad service - bad product! I ordered moving boxes with bigbrownbox and as i ordered them after 3pm, i was aware that the next day delivery was not guaranteed. Still stuck a note to the door, in case the delivery man would make it that day. He didn't. And also not the next day! (Despite mr writing an email and sticking the note to the door again with clear instructions - which is recommended by their website in case of absence) On the third day, my moving day, the boxes were still not here. I gave them a call and was promised a call back - which didn't come so i had to call up again. The delivery man had been there they said, but has taken the boxes away again, as i wasn't there, ignoring my note. The boxes then arrived 20 min before me moving out. They were extremely cheap in quality and damp as well! Never again will i order anything with this company!

Worse box quality I have ever come across. No handles and no folding system. Boxes break.
