Im sure its lovely to visit and that they have nice events, but if you are an artist, please consider showing elsewhere. This is a pay to play gallery charging a steep fee to show your work, then if it doesnt sell, youve lost the investment. Galleries should get paid through a commission if the artwork sells, this motivates the curators/owners to diligently advertise and promote your work. Galleries that charge an upfront cost to be a member are disincentivized to promote your work as theyve already been paid.

It was so disappointing to see one very promising artist and friend of mine that was supposed to showcase his paintings was let down by this exact gallery. The gallery only showcased 4 of 15 paintings that were initially agreed upon by contract and even these were placed in a wall that was not the one agreed initially. This situation created a lot of anguish not only to the artist but also to a lot of his friends and family that travelled from far away to witness his achievements.

It was my first exhibition here in London last week and I had great experience. The staff at the gallery were very helpfull and supportive right from the beginning and throughout the exhibition. During two weeks of the exhibition the gallery kept in touch with me about the progress of the exhibition and offering support. I recieved such a fantastic guidance which is very important for an emerging artist like myself and was helped with hanging, storage and packiging my artworks. The gallery promoted my artwork on social media and press release reguliary during the exhibition and I recieved so much interest in my artworks. Fantastic experience, thank you so much.

Awful costumer service. Had part of my art stolen from the gallery but no one took responsibility for it. They did not even call the police right away as were busy having lunch. I didn't even get an apology from them.
