Ordered a part for my car from Ktec on Sunday, I contacted them on Monday due to a payment issue at my end and was told the part is in stock and will be sent out that day arriving with me by Wednesday. No dispatched email by Wednesday so emailed with no reply. Called on Thursday and received no call back, emailed and no reply, called again and told that because they're busy the part was only sent today. Not good enough. Dont promise a delivery if it can't be kept. If a specialist company like ktec can't dispatch a stock part until 4 days after the order is placed then you need to look at the team dealing with this. I've ordered parts from America and they've arrived quicker.

I bought an intake for my Clio 197 and can't believe how poorly designed it is. You basically have to go trough the entire installation process every time you need to clean your filter. Who came up with this design? I am going back to the standard filter box rather than waste anymore time mucking around with this thing.

Took my clio 200 FF cup pack car to Ktec this month for scheduled work. It was on lowering springs, one of the springs had snapped and I wanted advice on coilovers and making the car less bouncy and jarring, a fast road/very occasional track set up is what I was looking for. Spoke to Nick (absolutely top bloke) and he advised a set of bilstein b14s and 20mm spacer for the car. Went ahead and did the work and I couldn't be happier. Its exactly what I wanted, the car handles amazing, especially on the awful surfaced roads near me, so much more confidence to press on. The spacers gave the gave the car a slightly more aggressive look and filled out the arches a little. Perfect! Thanks K-tec.

I had previously been warned about how bad their customer service was but after dealing with them first hand now I know how bad they really are. Im not denying that their products are good but customer service is dismal
