After getting the run around from another employee with a warranty claim I finally got to speak with Eric who was great to deal with. He is the reason this review is 5 stars and not 1 star. Highly recommend asking for him in the retail sales department when ordering.

A great place to get LR parts for good quality and much cheaper than anywhere else. They also have fantastic customer service and can help with any questions you have about fixing your vehicle and have great "how to" videos for most of the products they sell

Hope you don't have to return anything... I made the mistake of buying the wrong part, after returning the part (you pay shipping on the return BTW) I had called to inquire about the time it'll take for the actual refund, I was told by Eric it was processed and it will take 3-4 business days to get the funds back in my acct. No problem, I mean we're only talking a couple hundred dollars right? Well it's now been over a week's worth of business days and no one can even tell me if the return process has actually been started or not. Still waiting to hear back, spoke with both Eric and Dave about this return. It seems the left hand doesn't talk to the right hand in this office. I will be taking my business to Rovers North.
