Hello Jack, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. As we explained in the e-mail we've sent over we are not comfortable damaging our client's property as using strong detergents to clean old painting marks from the wooden floor would damage the wood and due to the porous shape of the wood and the embossed shape of the tiles scraping and mild detergents can't really remove the paint. We have offered cleaning with a rotary hard floor machine for the tiles which would make them look like new and additional detailing, but it seems your standards and our pricing are too far from each other to align, as we have not recieved an aswer to our quote. A very disappointing experience with Monster Cleaning unfortunately in NW6. They visited, claimed they were not comfortable with attempting some services such as paint removal (despite it being a builders clean requested...) and offered some money back. Whilst this sounds fine in principle, once we expected the clean, we found they hadn't even wiped surfaces in kitchen cupboards that were modestly above head height. This clearly indicated no effort was made to provide even the most basic of clean, let alone one described as a 'builders' level. I would've been unhappy if I had paid 60, let alone 200+. Worse still - lack of responsiveness in attempting to reach a compromise with them is indicative of how little they care about customers - we are waiting 10 days now without someone coming back to us to find a better solution.

Dear Nic Contu, We are very sorry for the bad experience you had with the cleaner assigned to your premises. In fact, we are monitoring all our cleaners and trainees. The tasks given to the cleaner were more than the time booked, that's why the cleaner was not able to accomplish everything you needed. We are sorry once again, we were not able to fulfill your needs in that occasion. We are more than happy though, to offer a different cleaner for a two hours free session, if you are happy with her, we can carry the service on.

I tried this company for the first time, never again. The first day the cleaner arrived, I asked to do a good cleaning for 3 hours, (a very small 2 bed house that always been cleaned easily in 2 hours) and she didn't manage to finish to clean. I tried the second time advising the company about what she missed the first time and unfortunately the cleaner done very little cleaning this time, took the money and left. I contact the company and asked for a refund but they refused. They don't check or monitor the cleaners, there is not guarantee the job is going to be done and don't protect customers from this kind cleaning fraud. Shame, I may have lost my money but learned not to trust any company.

Paul came to clean my oven at very short notice today after I was let down by another company last minute. True professional who was extremely clean, tidy and left no mess behind. Dear Tatyana, We sincerely apologise for your experience and the inconvenience caused. Once a service is performed and inspected with the customers satisfaction confirmed that is the end of the contract between ourselves. Additionally to that you were advised that on the day the windows were heavily stained with dust due to the building work happening within the property and would require a deeper scale cleaning as opposed to the domestic window cleaning booked which was offered on the day though declined by yourself. With regards to the broken window sash, again the cleaning was inspected upon completion and no concern was raised nor was this issue brought to our attention until 1 week after the cleaning was performed. You had informed us about your disappointment with the cleaning and then raised this issue further down the line. We cannot consider claims for something that was not brought to the attention of the cleaners on the day at the time of inspection nor even later at the time of raising your concern with the cleaning. At this stage we are happy to offer you a complimentary discount on any of our available services and of course once more we apologise for any inconvenience caused along with taking on board your feedback to avoid similar issues. I got Monster Cleaning to come and clean the windows inside and outside, gave them a detailed description in advance of what needed to be cleaned and how many windows and what type of windows i had and got the quote correspondong to the amount of work estimated. They did a very poor job in cleaning, those windows that they did "clean" still had plenty of dust traces on, then some of the windows they just refused cleaning claiming no access available to those (although in my description of the job it was stated very clearly that i have 3 skylights to be cleaned and that they needed to bring all relevant equipment for the job), but they of course never decreased the price accounting for those windows. But the worst is - they broke the decorative bars on 3 of my BRAND NEW timber sash windows!!! All because they were sloppy and didn't bother opening the clatches properly when opening the window. This is completely outrageous! The company then denied all responsibility and refused to reimburse any money or to send cleaners back to finish the job, so all their claims of "if you're not happy with the clean, we come back and clean it to your standard" is complete and utter lie! Overall instead of getting my windows clean i had them broken, so would absolutely not recommend the company to anyone. Horrendous service.
