They are price gouging now that we're in the second day of the Yellow Phase. Went on Friday night, drinks were literally half of what they're charging on Saturday. Drinks are watered down. Go to Mother's, Stoke or Rivals.

I was going to have dinner at The Standard tonight, however the bartender there wasn't doing a good job and he was watching tv with his friends. One of his friends came in and asked if Pearly Baker's (restaurant next-door) food is even good... He said "hard no." Then he didn't offer us a menu nor refills; too busy with his friends and the TV. His comment reminded me that Pearly's has always been great for me. We left and I am so HAPPY that this led us to eat at Pearly Baker's tonight. Their Tuesday app/starter/soup/salad was amazing. My wife and I shared the steak tagliata and the hangover. The servers there were attentive and very friendly. We will be back to Pearly's the next chance we get and will be staying away from "The Standard" for a while... The Standard, to what standard do you hold yourselves to? I was appalled to hear your employee put down a great nearby restaurant that ended up offering far better service than you could tonight Also after reading other reviews, I'm pretty sure the bartender overcharged us and pocketed the extra. $20 for 2 mediocre drinks doesn't seem right
