Besides the mishap of me being at the wrong location for my appointment today, I have noticed that every time I visit this location I am never greeted. I came in and no one was at the desk . I filled out the sign-in sheet and took a seat . When the receptionist came out, she did not acknowledge me at all . She didnt even address me properly when asking for my date of birth . She said whats the patients date of birth? . As if I was with someone. The proper way is Ms. Hollins, whats your date of birth. I find it utterly rude to not greet or address a patient.

The dentist never even asked my name when she came in the room. I cant fully bite down because she was in a rush to finish.

For someone who is terrified to go to the dentist, I love Mobile Bay Dental in Semmes. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Staff is very friendly. Absolutely love Kristy. Very personable and made me feel comfortable.

We have been going here for years and have had nothing but problems from my front cap falling out and having to wait 3 days to get it fixed meanwhilewalking around looking like the walking dead, over 2 years of not being able to fully bite down because of a cap that I was told "it will just have to do", to not knowing they were drilling into my child's tooth without water and didn't know how to refill the bottle, my son's tooth hurting him and making an appointment only for them to make us scheduled another appointment to come back and have it taken out because they were busy, well that's what we made the original appointment for. I don't know who is giving this place 5 stars but apparently it was only a 1 time visit and they liked the playground but when you actually have dental work done you will be like me and hate to go back.
