Im not sure why I received such bad customer service, when all of the reviews look fabulous. I walked in and the woman and I guess her main boss were literally standing having a conversation about something that was going wrong and didnt even acknowledge me to say, hello miss we will be right with you I mean I wouldve been fine with that but they continued to hold a conversation right in front of me while I stood there for literally about 3 min. By the way they treated me I dont care how low their prices are, they should learn how to treat people

Does not answer E-mails. I hade South Lake Quick Print print up some invitations for our HOA around Halloween. I figured I'd use them again for our Christmas party, so I e-mailed them last Thursday, didn't hear anything then or on Friday. Gave them the weekend. By Monday I still hadn't heard anything so I called. The young man assured me that they had the E-mails and that the owner must just have forgotten to get back in touch with me. He was going to leave a message for him to call me that afternoon. I E-mailed again on Monday night, on Tuesday, still nothing. I understand if $30 is not worth your time, but at least have the decency to tell me that so I can go elsewhere. I called Minuteman Press instead, he told me to E-mail my files and he called me back less than an hour lady saying my order was ready for pickup. Now that is service!

If I could give these guys a million stars I would. I needed a couple of items printed for a charity scavenger hunt and I am so glad that I thought of them. Not only are they fast and the quality superlative, but the people there are absolutely amazing. Down to earth, helpful, and friendly! Everything you could ask for and more. I will definitely be coming back to them!

Horrible customer service. Very disappointed and I had to call them about my order. No response after I emailed everything. Then they come to my office to take a look and confirm they are coming Friday and no one showed up. I always try to support my Clermont community. My business opens in 2 days and I have no sign thanks Southlake Quick Print!!
