There are many small business web development services out there. My advice is to take due diligence and please shop around, find a designer/developer that you can truly work with- it does not have to be costly, but design and image is a very personal thing. I found the work performed are overcharged Wordpress template sites, without much for added creativity. There isn't a designer you can consult with to achieve what you want. As for reputation, I found Proleadsoft's image to be misleading, fanfare and fake press is paid for. Imran's client list includes ex-clients that have stopped service with him. I hate to say it, but Imran is a salesman who knows very little about technology, giving you the typical, 'yes, yes, yes.. we can do it. I'll take care of you' line. Communication is tough when it bears no substance, and the line is repeated until you sign with him. Once he has your project, he will do the minimal- do not expect anything outside of templatization, and the quality is just not there(you may ask for edits, but do not expect professional design). If you are not picky and just want a homegrown looking page, then by all means- maybe hire your own designer? However, if you need an image or true app development that can grow with you and your business, please look elsewhere. After all, we do live in the Bay teeming with techie and creative folk.
